After you placed your purchase, you would have received an email coming from "[email protected]" inviting you to set up a password for your new account on the Omega Project Members Area and a Welcome email from Aidan .

If you can't find that email, please check your inbox - as well as your spam or junk folders.

If you still can't find it, you may have missed the registration step after you purchased the course.    

In order to complete your registration, simply click on the green button that says “Access Digital Product” on your Clickbank receipt. That kicks off the automatic registration.

If you can't find your Clickbank receipt in your emails (maybe it's in spam, search for "Clickbank" in your spam/promotions folder) read the next FAQ on this page for more info.

If you can't find your Clickbank receipt in your emails (maybe it's in your spam/promotions folder, search for "Clickbank" in your spam/promotions folder), try this:

1. Visit the Look Up Your Order page on Clickbank: https://www.clkbank.com/#orderLookup
2. Go to the Find My Order section on that page
3. Fill in the fields as they require and then click the "Look Up My Order" button
4. You will get a verification email from Clickbank.
5. Once you login to Clickbank with the instructions from the email, look for your purchase to find the receipt in your order history

From there you should be able to recover your order, then get the link to log in to the member's area.

If you run into any issues with the above, please reach out to Clickbank support by using their "Chat Now" button on that same page (https://www.clkbank.com/#orderLookup) and explain to them that you need help recovering your purchase receipt.

Please click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page: https://www.omegaprojectmembers.com/login

You will be sent an email that will allow you to reset or change your password.

Please look in your spam/promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
